These terms govern coaching services provided by Tim Riley, trading as Coach Tim ("I", "me", "my"). By booking a coaching session or programme you agree to these terms. Please read them before we begin.

Coaching is a professional partnership focused on your goals, strategies and forward progress. It is not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment. I am not a medical professional and coaching does not constitute medical, psychiatric or psychological advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical support, please contact a qualified healthcare professional or call 999 in an emergency.
The 6-Month ADHD and Executive Function Reset consists of fortnightly 1:1 coaching sessions via Google Meet, with fortnightly group ADHD workshops on alternate weeks. The exact schedule, number of sessions and programme structure will be agreed at the start of our work together. Sessions are not transferable to other individuals.
The programme fee is payable as agreed before coaching begins. Flexible payment options, including instalment arrangements, are available on request — please ask on your discovery call. Payment is due as agreed; where instalments are arranged, coaching continues only while payments are up to date. All fees are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
I ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may not be rescheduled and may be counted as attended. I will always try to be reasonable — ADHD affects planning, and I understand that. If I need to cancel a session I will give as much notice as possible and reschedule at no extra cost.
If you wish to end the programme early, please give me at least two weeks' written notice by email. Fees already paid for sessions not yet delivered may be refunded at my discretion, taking into account work already completed and preparation undertaken. If you have an instalment arrangement, you remain liable for any payments already due.
What you share in coaching sessions is confidential. I will not share information about our work together with any third party without your consent, except where I am legally required to do so or where there is a serious and immediate risk of harm to you or others.
Coaching works best when you engage openly and take ownership of the work between sessions. You are responsible for implementing any actions or strategies we agree on. Results vary from person to person and I cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
My liability to you in connection with coaching services is limited to the fees you have paid for those services. I am not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses arising from our coaching relationship.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of coaching services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
